Paolo Martelletti is currently Adjunct Professor of Research in Headache Medicine in UnitelmaSapienza University of Rome and Certified Full Professor of Internal Medicine. He has been Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at Sapienza University (2005-2022), Director of the Regional Reference Centre (2003-2022), Director of Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Clinical Area at University Hospital Sant'Andrea in Rome (2017-2022), and Director of Master in Headache Medicine at Sapienza University (2003-2022). His research activities involved headaches, pain, and clinical medicine, neuroimmunology of head pain, chronicisation factors of headache, rehabilitation protocols, guidelines for clinical and therapeutical aspects of primary headache, public health issues and education in headache disorders, COVID and Vaccines issues in clinical medicine.
