The Asian Regional Consortium of Headache (ARCH) attaches great importance to members' personal information. We are committed to protecting the members' personal information provided to ARCH online while using the 'ARCH' site defined in the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the service). Accordingly, the company complies with the Privacy Regulations under the relevant laws and with the 'Personal Information Protection Guidelines' established by the Ministry of Information and Communication, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
'ARCH' provides information on the purpose of the members' personal information provided through the Privacy Policy and what actions are being taken to protect the information. 'ARCH' makes it easy for members to see their privacy policies on the first page of the site. The privacy policy of 'ARCH' can be changed due to changes in the government's laws and guidelines or changes in policies within 'ARCH', and the procedures necessary for continuous improvement of the privacy policy are provided.
'ARCH' publishes changes to the service's initial screen when the privacy policy is revised and notifies the members of the site through the notice box so that the members can easily recognize major changes and the date of revision. Users should check the site frequently.
(1) Purpose of collecting and using personal information
Personal information refers to information that can be identified by a person's name, resident registration number, etc. contained in the information (including information that can be easily combined with other information even if it is not possible to identify a particular person). 'ARCH' collects user personal information to provide members with better quality services, including customized services. 'ARCH' does not disclose the members' personal information without prior consent of the members.

(2) Personal information items to collect and how to collect them

'ARCH' does not use the information entered for any other purpose than to inform users beforehand and does not leak it out. However, we inform you that our organization's Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection of personal information by websites linked to service pages.
(3) The retention and use of personal information collected
Personal information collected under the consent of the users is kept and used while the membership is maintained. If a member is requested to be terminated, the information is deleted completely from the disk by a method that cannot be played back and is treated as not to be viewed or used in the future. However, the member's ID, name, and resident registration number can be temporarily stored for up to 14 days from the date of termination for recovery and protection of victims in the event of damage caused by personal information theft, and will be deleted completely in a way that cannot be reproduced afterwards. Exceptions apply to the following paragraphs:
First, in case it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of the statutes, such as the Commercial Act.

(4) Sharing and providing collected personal information
'ARCH' does not, in principle, disclose members' personal information to the outside without prior consent from the members. Exceptions are made in the following cases: First, if the members have agreed to the disclosure in advance, and secondly, if they violate the terms and conditions of service or other policies posted on the site, and thirdly, if there is sufficient evidence to determine that personal information should be disclosed in order to take legal action by using the service to inflict mental and material damage to others, fourthly, if they are deemed to be required by other laws (as requested by the relevant government agency under the law). In this case, prior to information collection or information provision, the members will be informed of who their personal information is, why they need it, how long they are protected and managed, and will not be randomly collected or shared if the members do not agree.

The members can inquire or modify their personal information registered at any time. If they want to cancel or cancel their personal information, they can use the member withdrawal menu. However, the name and member ID cannot be changed under any circumstances and in the event that you want to change them for unavoidable reasons, you must revoke the ID and rejoin it. If you forget your password, use the Find ID / Find Password menu on the service page.
(6) Information on the operation of cookies
In order to provide customized services specifically to members, 'ARCH' uses 'cookey' to store and retrieve user information from time to time. Cookies are a small amount of information sent to users' computer browsers by the server (HTTP) used to run the website and are sometimes stored on a hard disk inside their PC computers. (7) Technical and administrative measures related to personal information
In handling the members' personal information, ARCH is working on the following technical and administrative measures to ensure safety without losing, stealing, leaking, tampering or damaging personal information: Members' personal information is fully protected by passwords. You are the only one who knows the password of the member ID. You can check and change the password only by yourself. Therefore, members should not let anyone know their password. To do this, 'ARCH' recommends that you log out (LOG-OUT) online and exit the web browser after you finish using your PC by default. These procedures will be further required to prevent personal information from being known to others, especially if you share your PC with others or use it in public.
ARCH is committed to preventing the leakage or damage of members' personal information by hacking or computer viruses. In case of personal information corruption, we are backing up data frequently, and using the latest vaccine program, we prevent members' personal information or data from being leaked or damaged, and we are making it safe to transmit personal information through cryptographic algorithms. And we control unauthorized access from the outside using intrusion prevention system, and we strive to equip all possible technical devices to ensure stability in the system.
'ARCH' limits the handling of personal information of members to the person in charge and updates it regularly by giving them a separate password. It also emphasizes the compliance of 'ARCH's privacy policy through frequent training. In addition, we will check the implementation of ARCH's privacy policy and the compliance of the person in charge through our internal dedicated organization to correct and correct any problems if found.
However, our organization is not responsible for any problems caused by the leakage of personal information such as ID and password due to members' carelessness or problems on the Internet.
(8) Information on handling complaints regarding personal information
'ARCH' is collecting opinions from members regarding their personal information and preparing all procedures and methods to deal with complaints. The members may report their complaints through the prescribed procedures, such as bulletin boards or e-mail, referring to the personal information management manager and the person in charge, name and contact information specified at the bottom, and 'ARCH' will provide a quick and sufficient response to the members' reports.
(9) The person in charge of personal information management and the contact information
The member concerned is responsible for maintaining the password of the ID related to the member's personal information. 'ARCH' never directly asks the members about the password in any way, so be careful not to let it slip to others. Be especially careful when you are online in public places, such as those described in the technical and administrative measures related to personal information.
